COVID-19 Vaccination
All visitors to the College must be vaccinated. Masking is optional for visitors on campus.
Liability and Waiver Forms
In addition, all participants are required to have the Waiver and Release of Liability Form and the Keohane Sports Center Waiver Form on file before beginning lessons. If this is your first session, please remember to fill out these additional forms and send them to Head Coach Jackie Beck (jb117@wellesley.edu).
